Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026. The short version: we collect what you send us so we can answer you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
When you submit our quote or contact forms, we receive the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and message. If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever you share there. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of operating the website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, arrange delivery, and provide after-sale support. If you become a customer, order details are shared with Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. (the manufacturer) and its freight carriers solely to build, ship, and deliver your order. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we won't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Phone and text messages are handled through Google Voice, and email through Google Workspace/Gmail. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log the request. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Want a copy of what we have, a correction, or deletion? Email support@northandcedar.com and we'll take care of it promptly. Residents of states with consumer-privacy laws (such as California) may exercise their rights the same way — we honor them for everyone.
